Schades Tree Service Terms of Service


General Terms:
1. Services: Schades Tree Service (the “Company”) provides tree trimming, pruning, removal, and related services. The services to be provided will be set forth in the service agreement to be agreed upon by the Company and the Client.
 
2. Quotations and Payments: Quotations for services will be provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Services are to be paid for according to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. If no specific terms are provided, payment is due upon completion of the services rendered.

3. Scheduling: Service dates and times are subject to availability and weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services as necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing access to the property for the Company’s personnel and equipment. The Client must disclose the presence of any underground utilities or structures that could be affected by tree services.

Liability and Damage:
1. Damage: The Company shall not be liable for any damage to property, including but not limited to lawns, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and underground utilities, unless the damage is caused by the Company’s negligence.

2. Company Property: Any equipment, vehicles, or tools brought on the Client’s property by the Company remain the Company’s property. The Client is not responsible for damage to the Company’s equipment unless caused by negligence or willful act of the Client or their agents.

3. Personal Injury: The Company is not liable for any personal injury to the Client, their guests, or pets that may occur during the performance of tree service operations unless such injury is directly caused by the Company’s negligence.

Insurance and Compliance:
1. The Company maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage as required by law.
 
2. The Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to tree services.

Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellations by Client: If the Client cancels the agreed upon service less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the Company may assess a cancellation fee, which will be communicated in the service agreement.

2. Refund Policy: Once services are rendered, charges for these services are non-refundable. In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service, the Client should contact the Company to address the concerns.

Changes to Terms of Service:
- Schades Tree Service reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest Terms of Service will be posted on our website at https://www.schadestreeservice.com/.
